Approach
A recruitment and selection process has several stages. You employ De Roo Werving & Selectie for a custom procedure. We can take you through the following stages.
We interview key figures in your organisation; we draw up a job profile and discuss this with you..
We establish a shortlist of potential candidates. Then we contact specific people personally, in order to gather their interest in the position. At the same time, we inform our extensive network of advisors, consultants, and interim managers of the vacancy. They are our "Partners in Search" and actively search their own networks.
If required, we arrange media advertising for the vacancy. We can advise you as to the most effective advertising method. Consequently, either we take over the advertising process, or we complete the process in close collaboration with you.
A partner or senior consultant conducts confidential interviews with a number of potential candidates. Based on the job profile, the partner or consultant assesses their suitability.
We present you the information of suitable candidates (usually three to five). Apart from the personal information, we can prepare a Management Drives profile. In close consultation with you, we decide which candidates you intend to interview first.
If required, a partner or senior consultant supervises the interviews conducted by your selection committee. De Roo Werving & Selectie informs the candidates of the results of the selection interviews. We can also give your selection committee a short training in Criterion-based Interviewing.
For the conclusion of the procedure, we help you choose an assessment centre. We gather references and advice on the terms of employment. Shortly after the candidate has been appointed, we assess the entire procedure.
De Roo Werving & Selectie interviews the appointed candidate at least twice within the first six months of his/her appointment. We can also play a more extensive role in the candidate's induction or coaching. Thus, we promote an easy and successful start to work activities.
