Working methodology
In brief
- In an introductory meeting, we clarify the problem, we analyse the situation and together we outline the profile of your ideal candidate.
- Consequently, we select suitable candidates from which you are able to make a choice.
- For the selection we use our Management Drives-method, among other tools.
- You then interview a number of candidates, and select the suitable person.
- We will, of course, assist you also with the secondment agreement, or with the appointment construction.
