A new start
Mergers and re-organisations in education institutions sometimes cost management jobs. Alternatively, there may be a conflict within the school management. Through replacement, we can quickly offer school managers new chances and, therefore, a new start in a challenging position, whether permanent or temporary.
Future perspective
Personal ambitions. These are the bases from which De Roo Management & Advies starts working during a replacement procedure. By means of an intake interview and assessment, we evaluate if the candidate is ready for a new challenge. We then activate our network and coach the candidate. We ensure:
